Operating instructions
1. When the dosing equipment must be used continuously, at least two sets of devices are required, one for operation. A set of formulated medication.
2. When adding chemicals, it is necessary to clean the circulating cooling water system with water or chemical cleaning. Activate the packing of the cooling tower and the metal surface of the heat exchanger pipeline, and then perform pre film treatment. The dosage of pre film agent is 200-300ppm. The pre film time is 24-48 hours.
3. According to the required concentration of the medicine solution, measure the amount of medicine and water based on the volume and purity of the medicine tank, add the medicine to eight medicine tanks, and then add the required amount of water.
4. Start the mixer. Dissolve the added medication completely and stir evenly. Before dosing, open the angle valve to fill the solution tank, adjust the measuring device to the required dosing amount, and then open the angle valve at the bottom of the solution tank to start dosing.
5. To prevent an increase in the concentration of circulating cooling water, pipeline filters and bypass filters need to be installed.
6. The residual substances in the solution tank and chemical tank can be discharged through the sewage pipe.
